ID Training Developer 3 month contract

Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer to assist in the development of Training Materials for their newly designed Customer Service Representatives (call center). Much of the Assessment and Design Phases (ADDIE model) have been completed and a technical writer is already creating process documentation. They need supporting training materials: Facilitator Guides, Overview Content Power Point decks, job aids, activity sheets, quizzes for a 5 week, 45+ modules, in class training class. Their Customer Service Reps mainly support healthcare insurance products (Eligibility, Benefits, and Claims calls for Medical, vision, dental, etc.) with members and providers. The client is in Irvine CA and anticipates this position to be a combination of work at the company headquarters and work at home. ? Estimating a 12-week project. ? Sample variety of Facilitator/Participant Guides, PPT, job aids, activity sheets required.
