Writing Assistance, Inc. is a national staffing company for Technical Writers and Instructional Designers. Our client is in need of an Instructional Designer for work in their automotive area.
Our client builds custom courses for various industries. They are currently looking for a full-time employee and a contractor to help with training development. The candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience developing courses for automotive technicians and a portfolio they can review. They use Captivate and Storyline for this work, and they will teach Microsoft Guides mixed reality authoring as well. They will supply the seats for the FTE, however, the contractor needs to have their own license.
They are looking for developing ILT and VILT for auto technicians that will be breaking new ground from their client’s new hybrid training center. The audience is automotive collision and body repair students at community colleges and working professionals. There are existing materials and a very structured style guide.
